Gina Koert serves as President of Bell SPI, with a strong foundation in the industry and dedicated team, she oversees the daily flow of the operations team and leads the strategic direction of the company. Gina is was an advisor for Finish Robotics, a company using proprietary artificial intelligence (AI) technology to automate the application of coatings for commercial buildings.

She was the 2019-21 Chairman of the Board for PCA (Painting Contractors Association) after several years on the board, participates in the Commercial Painting Industry Association (CPIA) and Women in Painting. Gina’s client-focused approach has contributed to the company’s sustained growth and success. Her dedication to quality and excellence has been acknowledged through industry recognition.

The VP of Fields Operations/Project Executive is responsible for leading commercial painting team on projects and will step into an active backlog of awarded work and serve as a key client-facing manager for the company. You will be overseeing multiple projects at any given time with a value of up to $8-10M.

Salary: $125,000 – $140,000 annually
