Dave and Maureen Siegner launched the company more than 30 years ago and is currently managed by their son, Ian. Family history sets Siegner and Company apart as one of Oregon’s most successful commercial painting and wallcovering contractors.
Our Siegner team is dedicated to customer service, economic efficiency, and job site safety. We employ an average of 45 comprehensively trained on-staff craftpersons’. In addition to our superior commercial painting services, Siegner and Company offer exceptional expertise in surface preparation, wood finishes, commercial wall covering, specialty coatings and decorative finishes, and difficult rigging and access.
The primary function of the Project Manager is to plan, coordinate, and manage all assigned projects in a manner that ensures quality execution, schedule adherence, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This role serves as the primary internal and external point of accountability for project performance after contract award.
Salary: $80,000-$100,000 annually

employer contribution, paid PTO (40 hours), Vacation – 1 week in 2025 and 2 weeks in 2026, Annual Bonus, and vehicle allowance.
