About Us:
New Life Bible Fellowship Church was founded in 1977 and is located in the midst of the farming community of Oley, PA. We have an average attendance of 600+ and our members represent a diversity of ages, educational levels, occupations and incomes.
We have both discipleship classes and life groups. Sunday morning services at New Life engage the congregation in Christ-centered worship with a contemporary-style worship team and a blend of old and new songs, while dynamic, expository
preaching gives opportunity to grow in knowledge and understanding of God’s Word. Church members are encouraged and equipped to be active participants in ministry as we continually strive to be disciples who make disciples for the glory of God and the furtherance of His Kingdom.

About the Position:
New Life Bible Fellowship Church is actively looking for an Executive Pastor who will collaborate closely with the Senior Pastor to provide overall leadership for the church and to promote and maintain the mission of New Life Bible Fellowship Church, which is to Glorify God, Introduce People to New Life in Christ, and Grow Together toward Maturity in Him. In this capacity he will have primary responsibility for the business and daily operation of the church. He will also collaborate closely with the Senior Pastor to oversee the ministries of the church and provide spiritual care for the congregation. The Senior Pastor and Executive Pastor are together responsible for creating a collaborative atmosphere among the church staff and ensuring that New Life is an exceptional workplace.
Salary: $65,000 – $83,000 annually

Job Duties
The Opportunity
As Executive Pastor, you will partner closely with the Senior Pastor to provide organizational and spiritual leadership, ensuring the effective operation of the church, ministries, and church life. Your role will encompass overseeing key administrative functions, mentoring staff, and fostering a healthy, collaborative culture that aligns with our mission.
You’ll take the lead in areas such as financial stewardship, ministry alignment, and operational strategy, while also contributing to spiritual care and discipleship. This is a unique opportunity to make a Kingdom impact by ensuring our church operates at its best so that we can love and serve others well.
What We’re Looking For
Our next Executive Pastor will be a servant-hearted leader who:
- Demonstrates a vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ and meets Biblical qualifications for leadership (Titus 1, 1 Timothy 3, 1 Peter 5).
- Is an experienced team builder with at least five years of leadership in ministry settings.
- Brings strong organizational and administrative skills to oversee budgets, operations, and policies.
- Loves God’s Word, discipleship, and the local church.
- Holds or can obtain ordination in the Bible Fellowship Church.
- Has theological training (Master of Divinity or related degree preferred).
Your Role
- Operational Oversight: Steward the church’s financial, legal, and operational health. Provide oversight of staff, facilities, and strategic initiatives.
- Spiritual Leadership: Collaborate with the Senior Pastor to disciple the congregation and staff, preach and teach occasionally, and nurture ministry leaders.
- Ministry Collaboration: Align ministries with our vision, launch new initiatives, and ensure ongoing spiritual growth within the church body.

Minimum Qualifications
- Confess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and demonstrates a vibrant and growing personal walk with Jesus
- Meet Biblical qualifications found in Titus 1:6-9, 1 Tim 3:2-7, 1 Peter 5:2-3
- Be in agreement with the Articles of Faith of the Bible Fellowship Church
- Master of Divinity, or related Bachelors with equivalent experience, from an accredited seminary, divinity school or university
- Have a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar ministry position, either paid or unpaid
- An ordained minister and hold credentials in the Bible Fellowship Church, or able to obtain them
- Have a general knowledge of systems and finance
- Have a general knowledge of HR law and related areas
- Servant leader, who can lead and work well with others as a team player, can delegate, and can grow others
- Ability to manage and maintain multiple competing priorities
