Meet Zachary Baugher

Senior Search Consultant

Zachary Baugher has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Freed-Hardeman University. He graduated from Freed-Hardeman Magna Cum Laude along with being honored on both the President’s list and the Dean’s list during his time there. His high academic honors did not stop him from having success as a Student-Athlete; Zachary competed for the university’s Men’s Basketball team at FHU. After being voted Team Captain for the 2022-2023 basketball season, the team proceeded to have one of the most successful seasons in the university’s history by winning the Conference Tournament Championship and advancing all the way to the Sweet Sixteen in Kansas City, Missouri. While participating during the 2022-2023 basketball season, Zachary received the Champion of Character Award, was awarded as an NAIA Scholar-Athlete, and was voted the team’s Best Christian Example at the University’s Annual Roar Awards by his teammates and coaching staff.

Along with being a highly decorated student athlete, Zachary brings direct ministry experience as a youth pastor at his former Church, Hopewell Baptist Church in Savannah, Tennessee. While serving at Hopewell, Zachary gained valuable experience preaching, discipling, studying, building relationships, and pastoring. Since then, he has recently moved to Spring Hill, Tennessee and is currently attending Trinity Baptist Church in Franklin, Tennessee.

In his spare time, Zachary enjoys spending time with his wife and family, reading, and doing anything outdoors. God has blessed him with an amazing wife whom he had the privilege of entering into a Covenant Relationship with on August 26, 2022. He loves God and people, and wants to do anything he can to help other people come to know and love our wonderful Creator. His life verse is Ezekiel 36:26-27, “And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. And I will put my Spirit within you and cause you to walk in my statutes and be careful to obey my rules.”
