About the Position
As an MDF Paint Care Consultant, you will be establishing and cultivating relationships with new and existing accounts in our service areas. You are solely responsible for sales performance and customer relations and will utilize company tools and software to plan, monitor and meet your sales objectives.
As a member of our Sales Team you will receive paid training for product knowledge and software, be provided with Hot-Leads, we offer 100% Customer Financing, no Door-to-Door sales, BBB Superior Award for “Best Customer Service in CT” and we are the Only Nationally Recognized Painting Company in CT.
Compensation: $80,000-$120,000 expected first year income with unlimited growth potential.

Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday with partial/rotating Saturdays

Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead follow-up, networking, and industry events.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and present our services to potential clients.
Customer Relations:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Follow up with clients after project completion to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Continuously look for ways to improve the client experience.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and project estimates.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, project estimates, and market trends for management review.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience with In-Home Sales
High school diploma or GED
Valid Drivers License
Excellent customer service
A positive, self-driven attitude
Ability to work independently
Strong social and communication skills
Punctual and Detail-Oriented
Ability to adapt to new environments
Ability to pass a drug and background check
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
