Who Thrives Here
Craftsmanship matters. You take pride in your electrical work and believe the details matter, whether you’re completing a residential installation or working through the electrical scope of a larger commercial project.
Safety comes first. You understand that good electrical work starts with safe work practices, proper procedures, and personal accountability.
You solve problems. When something isn’t working correctly, you don’t simply identify the problem. You troubleshoot, think through the options, and help find the right solution.
You’re a team player. You can take ownership of the electrical scope while working closely with crew leads, installers, project managers, and other trades.
You want to keep learning. You may already know solar, or solar may be the next step in your electrical career. Either way, you’re interested in developing your knowledge of photovoltaic systems, Tesla and Enphase technology, and both residential and commercial solar applications.
You want room to grow. You’re interested in more than simply completing today’s job. You see the opportunity to help build something and potentially step into greater leadership as IronHead expands its in-house electrical operation.
