Building on more than 25 years of experience as a consultant and executive, Anthony Baugher helps leaders thrive in their careers, navigate change management, lead their teams, and build effective, healthy organizations. Anthony’s expertise ranges across strategic planning, executive coaching, staff recruitment, organization design and transformation, and leadership development. Anthony feels called to lead those that lead others.
Anthony has experience as an administrator, educator, and pastor working in a variety of positions including senior leadership, development, and athletics at both the secondary and higher education levels and the nonprofit space. Anthony is the Founder and President of the Baugher Group, a consulting network that specializes in providing consulting services in the fields of staff recruitment, talent acquisition, and leadership searches.
Anthony is an author, keynote speaker, and leadership strategist whose passion is to help organizations, schools, universities, and churches build internal systems for accelerated and sustainable leadership, funding, and growth. Anthony received a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Eastern Oregon University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from California Baptist University.
