President

About Us:

Since 1987, ALLBRiGHT has been more than a painting company. What began with a few wooden signs and a simple mission to make people happy has grown into a nationally recognized, values-driven brand serving the greater Los Angeles area. We deliver high-quality painting, expert project management, and reconstruction services to commercial clients, local governments, HOAs, and homeowners. Known for our Paint It Forward program and stress-free experiences, we prioritize craftsmanship, communication, and problem-solving. Our team is committed to efficient timelines, exceptional results, and a customer-first mindset. Being Better. Brighter. Faster. isn’t just a slogan—it’s the ALLBRiGHT way.

At ALLBRiGHT PAINTING, Painting Happiness™ defines our company culture, and it “colors” just about every aspect of what we do.

About the Position:

Imagine the next chapter you could lead

Imagine working with an established brand, a team that takes pride in its craft, and a founder who cares deeply about the people behind the business. At ALLBRiGHT, you will have the opportunity to turn a strong foundation into the next chapter of profitable growth.

See yourself leading a company where your decisions shape the strategy, strengthen the team, and improve the experience for customers across greater Los Angeles. As President, you will lead the business, own its performance, and partner closely with the founder on vision and long-term direction.

Your mission over the next two years: help grow ALLBRiGHT from $14 million to $20 million in profitable annual revenue while building the leadership, systems, and capacity to sustain that growth. Success means stronger financial results, leaders who own their outcomes, and operations that run with greater clarity and consistency

See yourself leading

  • Company strategy and execution: Translate the shared vision into an annual business plan, clear priorities, and measurable results across Sales, Production, Finance, and HR. Align divisional leaders around EOS type systems and profitable growth.
  • Financial performance: Own company profit and loss results. Lead budgeting and forecasting, monitor cash flow and margins, manage overhead, improve pricing discipline, and protect profitability.
  • Leadership and accountability: Lead and develop the management team overseeing 85+ people, including leadership and support roles. Clarify decision-making, set expectations, and follow through on performance commitments.
  • Operational excellence: Build consistent systems for estimating, scheduling, staffing, project delivery, and quality control. Remove bottlenecks, reduce costly rework, and ensure production capacity supports sales commitments.
  • People and culture: Hire and develop capable leaders, build succession and staffing plans, and create an environment where people can grow while meeting clear standards for performance and results.
  • Customer experience and safety: Set expectations for craftsmanship, communication, and service. Oversee safety training, documentation, reporting, and accountability across the business.
  • Growth and innovation: Evaluate expansion opportunities and readiness for additional locations. Use KPIs, financial dashboards, CRM tools, AI, and automation to improve visibility, decisions, and execution.
  • Founder partnership: Bring clear recommendations, surface risks early, and maintain an effective rhythm for reviewing strategy, investments, and company performance with the founder.
