Business Development Manager
Edwin Santiago is a seasoned educator, athletic administrator, and ministry leader with over 23 years of experience in education and 16 years in athletic administration. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a deep commitment to student development, organizational leadership, and faith-centered service, using athletics as a powerful platform for mentorship, character formation, and community impact.
Edwin has served in leadership roles at highly regarded institutions, including Horace Mann School, where he was the Operations Manager and coached soccer, basketball, and baseball. His tenure at Horace Mann was marked by operational excellence, strong team culture, and competitive success. He has also served as the Athletic Coordinator at Riverdale Country School in the Bronx, where he oversaw athletic programming and coached Varsity Baseball. Under his leadership, teams achieved significant competitive milestones, including a 2024 Ivy League Championship and a second-place ranking in New York City.
In addition to his work in independent schools, Edwin has demonstrated a strong capacity for governance and organizational leadership, having served for three years as President of the North Jersey Homeschool Association. In this role, he supported families, coordinated programming, and helped strengthen the association’s operational framework.
Edwin is also the Founder and Executive Director of the NYC Christian Athletic League, based in the Bronx, New York. Through this ministry, he has spent over 14 years advancing a mission to share the Gospel through sports, reaching and serving more than 1,000 youth. His work reflects a deep passion for discipleship, community engagement, and providing young people with positive role models and structured opportunities for growth.
Edwin attended Lehman College and resides in New York with his wife of 24 years and their two daughters. Outside of his professional and ministry commitments, he values time with family and friends and remains actively engaged in service opportunities that align with his faith and calling to invest in others.
