Dr. Marcee Boggs is an operations professional with more than 13 years of experience in public and private sectors. Her background involves process improvement, change management, teaching, program development, employee management, and coaching. Her career started in education and she has served at a variety of Institutions of Higher Education including community colleges and R1 institutions. Building and managing student success programs was her primary focus, but she also managed the operations for HR, admissions, and academic departments. No matter where she works, her main goal is to ensure smooth operations, find areas for improvement, and support those she works with.
She graduated with her master’s degree in Social and Behavioral Science from California State University, Chico, and her doctoral degree in Education Leadership from the University of Washington. She uses her education to understand the unique needs and motivators of each person and develop success plans for organizations.
In her spare time, Marcee is exploring the outdoors or giving back to her community. Marcee raises livestock and volunteers as a 4-H leader. She is also a personal trainer and volunteers as a fitness coach for individuals with developmental disabilities. She believes every person has the ability to succeed given the right support.
