Safety Consultant
Aaron Wuitschick serves as a Safety Consultant with the Baugher Group, bringing more than three decades of experience in law enforcement, public safety, security operations, crisis response, leadership development, and organizational risk management. Throughout his distinguished career, Aaron has built a reputation for helping organizations create safer environments through proactive planning, training, threat assessment, and practical safety solutions.
His career accomplishments include being named the United States Marshals Service National Officer of the Year, receiving the Yakima County Sheriff’s Office Medal of Valor, earning Deputy of the Year honors, and being inducted into the American Police Officers Hall of Fame for Distinguished Service. He currently serves on multiple school safety and community safety committees throughout Washington State and remains actively involved in public safety training and education.
As a Safety Consultant with the Baugher Group, Aaron partners with organizations to assess risk, strengthen security practices, develop emergency response protocols, train leaders and staff, and create safer environments where employees, students, customers, and stakeholders can thrive.
