About the Position

Robinson Paints is looking to add a Sales Representative to the team. As a Full-Time Sales Representative for our growing company, you’ll be responsible
for meeting with customers on-site, delivering residential and commercial painting estimates at their existing homes and businesses, while providing information and selling our services.

Sales Representatives are expected to be friendly, well spoken, and willing to learn extensively about the painting industry. We’re seeking positive, outgoing, eager and driven individuals who can help lead the company in reaching our sales goals while providing an industry leading customer service experience. Territory runs from Renton to Marysville, Seattle to North Bend, with a vast majority of our leads being in Seattle or the eastside. Must be willing to drive personal vehicle to these locations.

Compensation: $75,000-$90,000 expected first year income with unlimited growth potential. 

*100% commission-based pay structure with a weekly draw of up to $1,000

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative for Robinson Paints, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships and driving sales within your territory. Key responsibilities include:

  • Participate in Training to learn and master our sales process.
  • Attend and represent the company at all local tradeshows.
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting for new clients.
  • Conduct in-home and on-site consultations for residential and commercial painting projects, providing detailed quote presentations with the aim of securing on-the-spot client sign-ups.
  • Engage in follow-up with clients to secure contracts and ensure satisfaction.
  • Consistently meet sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Attend weekly meetings to present sales reports, review job profitability, and participate in audits for any jobs that went over budget, in collaboration with the owner and the painting crew leader.
  • Participate in pre-job meetings with customers and project teams to establish clear communication and ensure client satisfaction.
