About the Position:

IronHead Roofing is one of Oregon’s fastest-growing and most trusted roofing companies—and we are not looking for average. We’re building a high-performance sales team of professionals who compete to win, take ownership of their pipeline, and expect to be paid like top producers. Salary Range: $125,000 – $300,000
Reports to: VP of Business Development and Sales
Location: Corvallis, OR

This is a pure sales role. There is no project management, no production responsibilities, and no job site coordination. You sell, we build, and you get paid. Our operations team handles everything after the sale so you can focus entirely on running appointments, controlling the process, and closing deals.

Compensation is built for producers, with realistic earnings ranging from $125K to $300K+ and uncapped commission. Top performers separate quickly based on performance. You’ll have access to company-provided leads while also being expected to generate your own opportunities over time. If you’re not aiming for $200K+, this likely isn’t the right fit.

In this role, you will run qualified appointments, diagnose homeowner problems, and present solutions rather than “selling roofs.” You’ll be expected to close deals in a one-call or short sales cycle environment, build your own pipeline through referrals and networking, maintain strict CRM discipline, and consistently hit targets related to revenue, close rate, and gross profit. Performance expectations include a 30–40%+ close rate, at least 15% self-generated business, and maintaining strong margins—we don’t buy deals.

Minimum Qualifications

This opportunity is best suited for individuals with 3+ years of in-home or high-ticket sales experience who are competitive, results-driven, and confident leading homeowners to a decision. You should take full ownership of your pipeline, operate with a high level of accountability, and want to be paid based on results—not tenure. This is not a fit for individuals who need constant supervision, avoid asking for the sale, blame external factors, or are comfortable being average.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, the ability to run in-home appointments locally, a polished and professional appearance, and familiarity with CRM systems. You are representing a premium brand, and expectations reflect that.
